Whichever workshop you book onto it is my absolute commitment to you is to make sure it is a safe and supportive learning environment. I like to make you feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door. It’s not traditional learning, where you sit down and make lots of notes. Sure, you may want to jot down the odd thing,
however most of the learning is experiential.
You’ll be getting up and practising, with me (and the group) supporting you at each step. And you’ll have some fun on the way ~ even if you feel nervous.
You’ll receive a lot of individual attention as there will be no more than nine people in each workshop.

It doesn’t matter what your current level of confidence and skills are as the training is tailored to each person in the group. To ensure you get the results you want I use an integrated approach working the mindset, body, voice and energy and presence as, in my experience this gets the best results in the shortest possible time.

and spacious HOURS Studio on Colston Yard in central Bristol.
